Key Project Requirements

Uncovered through stakeholder interviews with RoyalMart leadership

Investor Experience Enhancement:

The project aimed to elevate the overall investor experience, ensuring that interactions with RoyalMart were user-friendly and efficie

Accuracy and Compliance:

With regulatory requirements were non-negotiable. Eliminating errors in investor document processing and adhering to industry standards were top priorities

Admin Oversight:

Admins are required the ability to review and approve investor registrations, as well as oversee all registered investors and leads.

Efficiency Improvement:

The foremost requirement was to improve operational efficiency. This included reducing paperwork volume, streamlining investor onboarding, and decreasing processing times.

Enhanced Communication:

The solution needed to facilitate improved communication between admins and investors, enabling notifications and newsletters
